Former Deputy Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery is now running to be our next County Attorney. Bill has the battle-tested, real-world experience necessary to lead the Office to serve the citizens of Maricopa County, fight crime, and protect and strengthen our neighborhoods.

“The County Attorney’s Office is charged with ensuring that justice is served in each and every case and that the rights of victims of crime are respected and vindicated,” Bill says. “My pledge to the citizens of Maricopa County is that the County Attorney’s Office will be an example of service to the community and lead the nation in the delivery of professional services.”

Bill was the 2006 Republican nominee for Arizona Attorney General, and he offers his experience as a professional prosecutor, Bureau Chief of the County Attorney’s Auto Theft Bureau and his leadership background as a West Point Graduate and Gulf War Veteran to the citizens of Maricopa County.
